If you get signaled to pull over, here are the things you should do:
Put on your right turn signal
Find a safe spot to pull over
Keep your hands on top of the steering wheel
Roll down the window when the officer tells you to
Provide your license, registration, and proof of insurance as requested
Exit the car if the officer asks you to
Do not give consent to search yourself or your car UNLESS
**Drugs, weapons, or something else illegal is in the officer's plain view

He or she may do a pat-down search of your person
He or she may search the passenger compartment of the car,
He or she may frisk objects or bags in the passenger compartment for weapons.
